For this high-rise penthouse, the client wanted to “see and feel” the design long before construction started. Our role was to create a virtual-first experience through photorealistic 3D visualizations. We started with moodboards inspired by luxury living — marble countertops, brass detailing, and curated artwork. Multiple layout variations were tested in 3D, from open-plan social zones to more intimate private areas.
